Motion graphic video is intended for a single property presentation. It has many customise options and provides enough space for detailed information. It has a standard Full HD video format, so you can use it in any platform with video support

A short preface with basic information about the property. You can choose from different preface versions.
Preface is always the first block in the video.
Each block contains 1-5 lines each. You can use it to describe shortly the property as well as provide technical data (No. of rooms, bathrooms, areas etc.)
The text is animated at the beginning of each block (each text block has a different animation randomly chosen by app). Number of Text blocks in the video is 1 - 3.
Pictures are the main part of the presentation. You can insert 1-6 pictures. We use parallax (zooming) effect for dynamic look.
- Name of the picture (typically room name) and Size (can be switched off). You can however use them for any purpose of your choice.
- Avatar of the real estate agent responsible for this property. His/Her name, phone No. and e-mail address are smoothly animated during the picture block duration.
- Choose from 3 different types of call-outs. Pointer with magnifier, pointer with label (1 or 2 pcs.) or info label. You can select and position them easily in the app. Call-outs can be switched off.
You can customize colors of these elements too.
Number of Picture blocks in the video is 1 - 6.
Map section shows the location of the property. An overview map is displayed in the first step and animated to a detailed map with pin.
You can also insert a text describing the location, which pops up as a speech bubble of the avatar.
Map is always in the penultimate place of the video.
This block provides full contact info to both the reals estate office and responsible agent. You can also edit the closing text (e.g. "Prepared for you by Real Estate network / office" ... see in the examples).
There are many options available for this block.
The web app allows you creating different contacts (if you have more offices) and any number of agents' avatars, so that you can easily switch among them by just few clicks.
This block is always the last one.
